because US can afford to do this way, not that they put moral
treatment towards a foreign country in absolute first place.
America imposes yet another rule of game to the world,
later on people cannot accept anything that's more brutal
than this war, and that makes a lot of potential wars on
some country's agenda very hard to be justified. fortunately
the rules set by US are better rules. Iraqi UN representative
cried 'what kind of world order is this', he forgot the order
he likes to have was established and maintained by US anyways.
