he is ok and i am sure he is blameless. but if he failed to disclose these "material facts"-- that means something very essential for the public interest of both the readers and the editors, i will suggest he had trouble of "concealment" or "twisthing". he is not going to get rid of it. The editor has all the right to defense their interest.
