russia police need offer evidence
russia police may have right todetain chinese businessman's shoes, but they don't have right to confiscate the shoes. and definitely, they don't have right to judge if those shoes are smuggled. also, they definitely don't have the right to make decision how to process the shoes.
only court can make judgement.
russia police, they need offer evidence to the court to prove those shoes are smuggled. not those business person offer document to prove their innocent.
russia police have to show search warrant and tell the business person how to appeal. otherwise that's criminal.
someone should responsible for this.
