redevelop northeast heavy industry
there is no lack of capital in northeast china. also no lack of human resource and nature resource there. even no lack of market for northeast heavy industry. the economic should grow up soon there.
where is the market for northeast heavy industry? conctruction equipment! today's china, everywhere is huge construction site. "build city movement" are very active in all china. and, i think this "build city movement" just start. still have long way to go.
the movement is so active, of course, need many construction equipment. today's "build city movement" are different than 1920's "build city movement". all are high building now. i find even in NANJIN, there are about 1000 high building already. that's good news for northeast heavy industry. that means the market need heavy duty equipment.
this kind of heavy duty equipment not everywhere can make. it's for northeast heavy industry. not so much competition even. better than sewing clothes. good luck.
construction equipment are big and heavy duty. but not so much high tech. northeast have this kind of tech. northeast area make car, truck, train, tractor, and airplane, of course can make construction equipment.
don't worry about the market. it's not end. just start now. becouse in these 25 years, actually only GUANGDONG and FUJIAN two provinces really get big change. i mean, these two provinces finally get out off poor now. ZHEJIANG and JIANGSU always are rich place in china. SHANGDONG and HEBEI not too bad. so really big changed only take place in two provinces. many other provinces still long way to catch up.
now only two provinces take place a big change, but have caused so huge construction market. think about if 20 provinces same as these two provinces, get a big change. what the construction market will happen? huge, just huge. guess goverment need watching carefully, don't let "build city movement" too exciting. but still the demanding of construction equipment will be huge.
northeast heavy industry area can catch up southeast area in 5 years.
