Foreign Policy 某些“精英”们准备接受Lose To China

As we all know, those who said there would be no problem (to make China stronger), will be the ones who say there is no solution (that China is already too strong). And for those gentlemen, I would like to remind you: "You either have to be part of the solution, or you're going to be part of the problem."
