现代民主定义：民选代议制议员+人权保护特征。
这个问题在这里若干年前算是轰轰烈烈地讨论过。
民主是民主国家定义的老词了，是有特定含义的.
自己定义民主的很多，“民主集中制”就典型例子,
还有“人民民主”等等---都是重新定义，骗大街.
指鹿为马都是想借用“民主国家”的成功的商标，
生产假冒伪劣产品的。
