据早间CNN新闻频道报导， WAL-MART 资深副总裁接受CNN记者Carol Costello 采访， 透露WAL-MART 已经转变商品采购的市场战略， 现有待售的商品已经有三分之二产地来自USA，WAL-MART 正在领军组织USA营销集团和各地的供应商“圈利”合作，WAL-MART 出资 500 亿美圆。
“利诱”是USA能源价格低（天燃气的价格更是无人可比）， MADE IN USA 离商场和消费者更近， 生产成本和经营成本更低， 流通运作的时间更短， 商业效率更高。
