I have a friend one lives in the same village where I grew up.
I went back China and saw him.
I smelled strange smells from him.
He said, he got skin itchy on his butt for years, the smell came from the chinese medicine he smeared on his butt.
I told him to see doctors in big hospital. He said he went to a big city to see a famous chinese medication doctor, and used his stuff for two years. The skin problem didn't go away.
I insisted I took a look at his problem, and took a picture to show a doctor.
I looked at the picture, and googled, I find out it looked like ringworm. I bought some Clotrimazole cream and shipped to him
He said his problem gone 1 month after use the cream
