今天看了两个文档，一个是businessweek，一个是national security strategy。
两个当然都是美国的了。
businessweek上有一篇文章是这么说的：
We should develop a system of financial incentives: Levy an extra tax on the product of offshored labor （说白了中国制造）. (If the result is a trade war, treat it like other wars—fight to win.)
national security strategy也好不到哪里去：
our national security strategy is, therefore, focused on renewing American leadership so that we can more effectively advance our interests in the 21st century. We will do so by building upon the sources of our strength at home, while shaping an international order that can meet the challenges of our time. This strategy recognizes the fundamental connection between our national security, our national competitiveness, resilience, and moral example. And it reaffirms American's commitment to pursue our interests through an international system in which all nations have certain rights and responsibilities. This will allow American leverage our engagement abroad on behalf of a world in which individuals enjoy more freedom and opportunity, and nations have incentives to act responsibly, while facing consequences when they do not.
太狠了，霸权主义啊，等我工作稳定了，绿卡一早退了。
这真不是我开玩笑，美国的外交政策我非常反感。
