She took her. She has good English communication skill. That was the sole reason she took her, even though her specialty was totally out of tough.
She agreed to come after the negotiation of the position title and salary. She was being transferred from the other place and had the physical done as required by the institution.
A week later, she got an E-mail from her saying that due to circumstances that she could not come and expressed deep regret that she though it was sincere.
She replied : Good luck to you.
"Have to find another one", she was thinking to put an ad in Chinese circle.
She did.
