She didn't put down stringent requirements for the vacancy as she knew this was very a specialized area. She sent it to the community mailbox that would be seen by every Chinese. The ad didn't go through to the list until a mediator gave a green light.

There were several applicants. She was a bit surprised.

Glancing through the curriculum vita she didn't believe her eyes. There was one who had the exact experiences she wanted in the same institution.

She called him immediately and arranged for an interview.
