This is what I wrote:

This morning I came cross an article posted on a Chinese website www.hiclub.com and feel obligated to call for your attention because of its troublesome and alarming content.

www.hiclub.com is an influential free discussion forum among Chinese speaking community and being accessed by thousands, if not ten thousands, of people all over the world daily. Most participants of this forum are rational, reasonable and respectful, although they often disagree with each other. There are quite few extremists holding very radical views against United States' government and its people and often express their desire to destroy innocent lives of this county whenever possible.

The author of this article (http://www.hjclub.com/TextBody/178675.asp?od=1) went even further to publicly call for waging urban warfare against American people and has specific plan to assassin research scientists, bomb scientific laboratory and blow up gas stations indiscriminately.

This kind act of terror or intent to act as terrorists warrants serious investigation.

我规劝该作者请个律师好好与联邦调查局agent解释解释。不要糊里糊涂，不懂问问随老在美国煽动恐怖主义暴力和策划恐怖主义暴力行为该当何罪。
