This solution violated the LAW OF LIFE.
Oxford Professor Richard Dawkins in published a book in 1976
called THE SELFISH GENE.
He argued that “the fundamental unit of selection, and therefore
of self-interest, is not the species, nor the group, nor even,
strictly, the individual. It is the gene, the unit of heredity."
Based on his theory (and I believe it is the LAW OF LIFE), my body
is the slave of my genes. My stake is the most important part of
my body. It helps my body to carry out the essential mission of
my genes: maximally reproduce themselves. Thus, in terms of nature,
should I get myself castrated, my life would have no meaning at all.
Except the LAW OF LIFE, the challenge of enticing women is a very
important thing of my life too. It excites me a lot. It is not
exaggerated to say it is the very reason of my existence. So,
even though I am burning out like a candle in wind, I rather die
immediately than get castrated and live like a plant.
Let’s see what is the stake you meant. In your poster
“Lao Ma's stake”, said:
“Now let's look into Lao Ma's stake. As a matter of fact,
he was the first victim whose stake I pulled out most brutally.
At that time, he boasted that he did care how the readers liked
his works, as his own pride was the logical consistence which
was like a red line running through his works. Then I demonstrated
to the public what kind of outrageous logic follies Ma could make.
Ever since then, he has stopped to boast his logical thinking.
Then I again found out that Ma had run out of steam and could not
write anything with the least weight. To salvage his self-destruction
due to the collapse of confidence, Ma invented a conspiracy theory
that his "liang dao" (food supply channel ) was mercilessly cut off
by Zheng Yi and co-conspirators.
Again, I revealed to the public how ridiculous this conspiracy
theory was: whoever could control all the overseas media,
stretching from Taiwan, Hong Kong up to the USA? Once again,
the stake was brutally pulled out.
Now he is resorting to the last stake. According to him, it is
entirely my fault that he ran out of talent, because his brain
is now full of nothing but swear words. Like the guy who went
to Handan to learn the graceful gaits there (handan xue bu),
he has forgotten how to walk normally and can only crawl on
his belly now.
Poor guy! His stake is certainly becoming more and more pathetic
and less and less imaginative. As I have already pointed out,
this excuse serves only one purpose: to show the public how
small his brain was.”
To me, they are by no means stakes. These are only excuses,
because they are not really essential to one’s life. I bet
Lao Ma has other means to survive. Writing for BBS is what
he does in his spare time for entertaining himself only.
Sometimes, people do need excuses. I, myself, make a lot of
excuses to entice women. It is not always a decent behavior
to reveal other people’s excuses to the public. It does not
necessarily show that you (a destroyer, called by yourself)
are smarter either, because other people may also know but
do not want to reveal that by pretending not knowing them.
Now, it seems that you have found a way to pull out your own
stake. To control your passion for the Web, you disconnected
the Internet in your home and uninstall Chinese software in
your office. They are not detructing ways at all. You could
re-connect the Web or re-install software anytime. But you
suggested that I got myself castrated. Can I de-castrate
myself anytime too? How cruel you are!
Are there really not better solutions to my problem?
I am so desperate!
