不管中国政府当局给刘狄加上什么罪名, 我们没有证明的义务. 中国政府当局必须
拿出证据. 那封信什么都没说, 只是要求中国政府按照中国政府公布的法律公正的
审判.中国政府是在联合国人权宣言上签了字的. 秘密逮捕从任何角度来说都是违反
人权的. 难道老芦真的和随便一样认为刘荻有可能犯了间谍罪?
保护老枭, 老赵的最好方法不是让他们出名. 因为不可能让十三亿人都出名.出名也
不能保证保护名人的权利. 保护老枭, 老赵的最好方法是争取中国公民的言论自由
. 只有言论自由才是抵制暴政,保护公民权利的最坚固的堡垒. 它不仅是抵制现在中
共暴政的堡垒, 也是将来抵制掌权的伪民运, 如果有可能的话, 的暴政的堡垒. 它
也是守株待兔等民主的最基本的条件.
言论自由是要争取的. 掌权者是不会恩赐人民言论自由. 这一点是由权力的本质所
