You have to go back to that room to make decisions. There is one thing I want to make it very clear to you before you go.
I am not convincing you should like Larry Flynt does. I don’t like Larry Flynt does. But what I do like is that I live in a country where you and I can make that decision for ourselves. I like to live in a country where I can puck up a Hustler magazine and read it if I want to or throw it in the garbage can if I think where it belongs to, or better yet, I can express my opinion and not to buy it. I like I have that right. I care about it. And you should care about it too. You really should because we live in a free country. You know, we say that a lot, but sometimes we forget what it really means. So listen to me again. We live in a free country, and it is a powerful idea. It is a magnificent way to live.
But there is a price for the freedom. What is some times we have to tolerate things that we are not necessarily have to like it. So back to the room where you can free to think whatever you want to think about Larry Flynt and Hustler magazine. But then ask yourself if you want to make decisions for rest of us. Because the freedom , for every one in this room enjoyed, is in very real way in your hands. And if we start throwing up a wall against what some of us think is absence, we may very well wake up one morning and realize that the wall have been thrown up in all kind of places that we never expected. And we can’t see anything or do anything. And that is not freedom. That is not freedom. So be careful.
