In the quoted passege, there is a more than obvious discrepancy between the commanding tone and the writer's lack of commanding capacity. It is the discrepancy that calls attention, and whether the message can be received is left to the readers.

The humble reader is not as stupid as the writer might believe. She has at least noticed the discrepancy, and wondered: Is this style ironical, humorous, or just satirical?
