I doubt, why you yourself had no information of such a large
project? If you do know, then you would have advised your
relatives to fulfill all the legal proceedings before
considering the investment.
Now our smart & pro-democratic Donghai didn't anticipate such
obvious pitfalls and did nothing to prevent it. Donghai also
tried to distort the facts & definitions, e.g. " 所修机耕
路被认定为共占用了山场林地21. 61亩，与实际情况不符。因为该机
耕路除了部份林地外，还有荒地、老泥巴路、小溪浅滩等。". This
statement is very misleading, since 荒地、老泥巴路、小溪浅滩
can well be 林地 itself.
If I were you, I will make some serious consideration regarding
the entire case.
