Deep level abstraction is by definition beyond national language such as English and Chinese. Mathematics is an example of such abstraction. So are music, visual arts and other creative arts. They have their own universal "languages"
Anyway, he brain is what finally responsible for creativity. It is funny that you talk about the brain. But then you forget about the brain when it is absolutely the right place to invoke it.
Remember this: Creativity is the product is the brain. The brain is the product of time. Culture reflects a people's creativity mediated by the brains through history.
