主要是中国现在已经有了放开的基础， 而且计划生育畸形控制人口增长的恶果也越来越明显， 人口老化， 男女比例失调越来越明显。

最新普查： 无数字， 有人认为是不敢报
According to China's 1990 census, for every 100 girls aged less than 1 there
were 113.8 boys. Officials said they had not collected such data from the
sample survey done last year. Unofficial specialists in the field say they
believe China has new data showing the sex ratio to be even higher but was not
