1. I said government workers tend to think more in politics than normaly people, but I never said you have to be a government worker to think. "不必当官才能思考" -- It is so obvious, you don't have to mention it.
2. I said the ratio of 文科 people in government worker is higher than that ration in other group of people, but I didn't say "文科官员超过技术官僚数目" or vise versa. 30% is higher than 10%, but 30% is obviously lower than 70%. |
