I still couldn't believe that the 2nd suspect could run away after the gun fire in the early morning. And I couldn't believe that the final hiding place is only one mile away. What were these thousands of police doing? They are not chasing the suspect, instead, they are relying on residents to point out where the suspect is.

Same thing happened in LA 2 month ago. American police are not brave. They play safe game only.
