But like other democratic participants- needs interpersonal skill training to handle the conflicts between different parties and individuals. "Always stick to the task but not the person", respect contrary opinions and learn how to "Win- Win rather than Win-loss". I met him twice or 3 times before. He is really a very smart and insist person and has a very systematic thinking. He may be the best potential leader of Chinese democratic movement but not now. He's the best one at this moment.
