the more layered and recursive system, the better. God created each man with a unique DNA and a unique culture imprints. The successful educational system is to channel each's gift to a proper outlet to form a creative whole. I have to say, the disadvantage of Chinese educational system is that it tries to flat out everyone into discrete mode of credentials so that subsequent mechanical central system can select its required parts most effeciently. Hence, it defeats the purpose of cultivate human intelligence and human spirit against artificial intelligence which is always getting cheaper and cheaper. When an educational system turn human beings into predictable human labors, it is a sucessful system and a terribly failed one depending on how one evaluate the system from God's point of view or from massive human's point of view.
