sense. several years ago, Legend started pre-installing OS. they have several options: linux which is basically free；and DOS that is cheap. the hardware was able to run win2000

it is the user's choice to install 'illegal' copies.

it is virtually impossible for US companies to sue end-users. actually, MS tried to sue one private company in mid-90s, it failed by just technical tricks.
