Rephrase:
"There are things we are aware that we know", Rumsfeld said. "There are hidden information we are aware, but we have no knowledge of the hidden information. But there are also hidden information that we are unaware - for example, Tommy bought a handgun and will shoot his wife, we don't know Tommy, and we don't know he bought a handgun".
