--no. But China has no choice, right? The internal trouble is much more disturbing than the outside one. 单边主义 is not something exist between 1990-2003. It is not about principle, it is about strength. Without strength, nobody can play it. UK played it in 1750-1870, because it has the strength. When China is strong enough, US will not be able to do so. Between 1945-1960, US actually could put aside its European and Japanese alliance , could it do it in 1980s?
一个不受联合国安理会约束的美国符合世界人民的利益吗？
--let's be frank about that. 联合国安理会 seldom restrict any big country. USSR invaded Afganistan, did it do its job? France killed thousands in Algeria, mercilessly to press down its colony's uprising in late 1960s, did 联合国安理会 do sound job?
Let's be frank again. 世界人民的利益 , as a concept, is a joke. One man's food is another man's poison. So something in line with the interests of Chinese does not necessarily benefit others. 世界人民的利益 , as a concept, is a toy jargon for the fun-making diplomats in UN, BUT WHEN YOU, as the leaders of China, DECIDE POLICIES FOR CHINA AS ONE country, SELFISH FOR ITS OWN INTERESTS, YOU HAD BETTER PUT THIS JARGON ASIDE AND BE practical.

也算是中国的利益吗？
