我们要证明给有关当局看，逮捕一个人，不但不会淹没他的声音，相反的，只会让他的声音
传得更广更远！如果 刘荻 不被捕，老牛可能这一世人都不会知道 刘荻 ，不锈钢老鼠。
只要我们不遗忘刘荻 不锈钢老鼠，她就有希望。
现在连 刘雁宾，谭雪梅。。。等都知道 刘荻 了。只要刘荻还被扣留，越来越多人会认识刘荻，
会去阅读她的文章。这就是老牛的整套 阳谋。公开信呈上去以后，接下来老牛在考虑找人帮忙把
刘荻的文章翻译成各国文字。老牛自己可以负责马来文。可以找人负责日文，韩文，欧洲各国
文字。。。(加人负责广东文，邋遢道士和出尘公子负责闽南文^-^)
老牛的 intelligence 真的是供过于求了，非设法浪费一点不可，哈哈，够 cynical 了吧！
