I think, Deng is only ccp member without
any title .
But he can go to south and threaten to let jiang down.
I think it is very good to show
in china the essence of power is influence ,not title!
so I feel it is useless to say whether jiang is still
miltary chairman.
by the way, I think the most powerful figure behind
curtain in china
may be Song Ping.
(as long as he is healthy, he should have
more influence than jiang. At least Hu and Wen are are selected
by him)
